Users are confused by a lack of consistency, complex and convoluted multiple steps, too much information at the wrong time and the wrong place.

The solution

A seamless application process in one place, with need-to-know information based on the users choices.

I prototyped a seamless flow that lets users:

 

• see information about their current passport (valid, expired, etc.)

• select what type of passport application they need

• pay online

• book an appointment

• get all the information they need to succeed in their application 

 

Users can complete all steps in one place, and then complete the application in person.
