Background

GovID is a single sign-on platform that lets users access Israeli government services that previously required in-person identification. Now they can access these services online via 2-step verification.

 

My job was to create simple, clear and useful content that would guide users through the (complicated) registration.

I re-branded the The Government Identification System as GovID, came up with the core messages for our users, and wrote useful guides.
