Life events
'Life events' is a new approach to providing government information and services to the public on gov.il.
During big, life changing events, a user will typically need at least 10 services, across multiple government service providers, and over an extended period of time, sometimes years. Finding all the relevant information and services is extremely challenging, and often an overwhelming task.
We set out to proactively give the users everything they need, reducing the need to search for and sift through information.
